Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded box and include all certificates of authenticity and promotional materials provided.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
